ePass means Electronic Application System Scholarship for AP students.Scholarship & Fee reimbursement under contorting of ePass officially.ePass is a systematic procedure to apply either freshers or renewals.ePass is not one time procedure to submit the required certificates, every year eligible candidates to need this Scholarship & Fee reimbursement must apply at official web portal epassrenew.cgg.gov.i.in .

Procedure Freshers to fill ePass 2013 - 2014 Online  at epassrenew.cgg.gov.i.in :

• Here you will have a notification with "Fresh Application Registration (2013-14)"
• Now in this web page you will find "Application Form" and "Scanned Certificates Upload".
• First step to do is register the candidate's necessary details using the first Tab.
• Then get all the required certificates scanned like Latest Income Certificate from MeeSeva and upload the same via "Scanned Certificates Upload" using ePass Fresh Registration ID and SSC details.
• Now take the Printout for future reference.

ePass Status 2013:

If any one conformed and need to check their previous ePass status through online at epassrenew.cgg.gov.i.in .

Following documents must be scanned and uploaded on the epass website for epass fresh application registrations:

1. Caste Certificate.
2. SSC marks list
3. Inter marks list
4. Income Certificate obtained from Meeseva Centers only.
5. Latest photograph.
6. Savings bank account number in the name of the student
7. Ration Card copy showing details of the family members & Ration Card Number.
